For how long can I keep my free plan?

You can opt to keep your free plan forever, or change it anytime you wish.

Do you offer customer support?

Yes - we offer email and chat support. Paid plans also have the option one-on-one help and guidance to help you navigate the system and even create your own menu. You can also book an appointment with one of our representatives at a time that’s convenient for you here.

Can you create my menu?

Yes, we offer this option through all our paid plans. Simply send your menu to [email protected] and we will set it up within the next 3 business days. We can also show you how to create your own menu and make changes to it.

Can I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied with our technology, you can send a request for a refund to [email protected]. We will review your request and refund you accordingly.

Do you have a help center?

Certainly. We offer 24/7 support for all paid plan users. For all other questions, you can get in touch via the Contact Us form or our online chat.

Do you have an online payment option?
